Sally Singer(Vogue Magazine's Fashion News/Features Director) in her 3.1 Phillip Lim dress takes a personal interpretation of the runway look and does a great job of making this dress her own. Loosing the black tights and head band, Singer opts for bare legs, thick strapped sandals and dainty jewels for a chic city look. I am thinking about adding this number to my fall wish list.
