I loved, loved , loved the Alice Ritter collection. She is definitely one to watch. Except a couple of looks that could have been edited out, every look that came out was very forward in terms of shape and style details. Inspired by the Edwardian period, the collection was chock full of cropped jackets, gathered sleeves and flounce back details. Fabrics in heavy cotton twills and wools, were either painted in dark shades of black, grey or olive greens, deep purples and carmel. I think that her collection was a very good indicator of the direction fashion is taking of late - mix and match eclectic pieces with a strong retro feel.
Images to come.
