This fantastic image, one that will go down in history, and another for that coffee table tome, need not have a description, as any fashion insider could spot these two legends from the back, the side or upside down but for those of you who cannot make them out, it is Karl Lagerfeld (left) and Manolo Blahnik, shot against the brilliance of the Colosseum, at Valentino's 45th Anniversary party.
