The opposite of tough girl chic...how black could look elegant and ladylike. Once again it's all about the accessories - pumps, bare legs, sheer, or opaque hose and a fitted trench. All of which can have that "tough girl" vibe as well but I think it is all in the way you pair your accessories together that makes the difference.
