Paris Street Style: The Bracelet Sleeves!

I love the whole look. This is such a Miss Stylologist look- skinny pants, belted coat, bracelet sleeves, heels and an over sized bag. I love the shade of blue of her coat (I don't really know what to call it, royal blue, maybe). Blue is such a big color right now, I even think it's overtaking black (well, slowly overtaking it). It is a great foundation color, it is not as serious and stark as black and you can pair almost any color with it.
