Givenchy Haute Couture Fall 2007

Another one of my favorite couture collections was Givenchy. I particularly loved Riccardo Tisci's first three nymph-like ethereal looks of frizzy chiffon layers and structured jackets. The dégradé leopard suit and the head-to-toe feline-inspired look was definitely show stopping. I would have liked to see less fur in the show, as I am a strong believer in fur free fashion, but overall I think it was a nice presentation for the house of Givenchy, not great or fantastic, but nice. I loved the silver dipped goddess-inspired finale dresses,as well as the blush pink one sleeved bondage-like dress, worthy of a red-carpet.
